Le Thi Thuy Hang successfully completes her doctorate

With the topic “Public open spaces for the elderly in urban areas – a case study of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam” Ms. Le Thi Thuy Hang successfully completed her doctorate in engineering. After successfully graduating as one of the first students of the program “Sustainable Urban Development” offered by the TU Darmstadt at the Vietnamese-German University in Ho Chi Minh City, she has now, with the financial support of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, also been able to very successfully complete her project, which she pursued with great commitment and heart and soul. After her return to Vietnam, she will support the Vietnamese-German University as a lecturer in the Joint-Degree Master's program “Sustainable Urban Development” and in the development of further programs. The team of both departments congratulates Ms. Le Thi Thuy Hang and thanks her for the great cooperation during the last years.
