The Chair of Land Management is found in the Altes Bauingenieurgebäude (L5I01). The bureaus of the Chair of Land Management (LM) are on the first and second floor in the right wing of the building.

You can get to Darmstadt over the highways A5 (Frankfurt/M. – Heidelberg/Basel) or the A67 (Köln/Wiesbaden – Mannheim), which intersect 3km west of the city (Exit Darmstadt Stadtmitte) as well as the B3 which follows the Bergstraße. The TU Lichtwiese is situated at the east end of the city, meaning you have to pass through the city following the signs to “TUD-Lichtwiese” in the direction Aschaffenburn and Vivarium.

All public parking spots subject to fees (2,50€ per day). The ticket machines only accept coins and do not give change.

Darmstadt is an ICE station and a stop for IC, EC and Interregio trains in north-south traffic. Darmstadt is connected to the railway lines Frankfurt/Main – Heidelberg or Mannheim, Wiesbaden/Mainz – Aschaffenburg and Frankfurt – Erbach or Eberbach (Odenwald) (station “TU Lichtwiese Bahnhof”). From the main station you can take the new “Lichtwiesenbahn” tram 2 (departure: every 10 minutes, journey time approx. 15 minutes) in the direction of TU Lichtwiese to the terminus TU Lichtwiese/Campus, or you can travel to Luisenplatz and change there to bus line L in the direction of TU Lichtwiese.

The campus Lichtwiese is in the east end of Darmstadt, south of the Woogsviertel and east of the Paulisviertel.

Due to current constructions on the Lichtwiese (November 2019 until expectedly end of 2022) there are restrictions regarding bicycle parking sites.

The airport Frankfurt is located 25km away and can be reached within approximately 20 minutes by car via the A5 or A67.

At the airport, regional bus lines are available in Arrivals B at Terminal 1 and in Arrivals D+E at Terminal 2.

From the airport you can quickly and comfortably get to the central station Darmstadt, to the Luisenplatz and the congress centre Darmstadtium with the shuttlebus HEAG-Airliner (Terminal 1 and 2).

At the central station Darmstadt and at Luisenplatz, public transport connects to the campus. Take Tram line 2 towards TU Lichtwiese all the way to the last stop TU Lichtwiese/Campus.
