PaEGIE’s Short Report “Basics of Mobility Planning”

2021/11/02

The research project PaEGIE investigates how a greater acceptance and a fundamental change in citizens behavior can be achieved through new forms of participation in energy transformation, which is exemplarily tested in the field of transport and mobility.

The goal of the project is to develop a digital planning process that enables the interactive participation of citizens in sustainable mobility planning. As part of an inventory and analysis in the three Darmstadt neighborhoods Lincolnsiedlung, Mollerstadt and Heimstättensiedlung urban planning aspects for mobility concepts at the neighborhood level were recorded and the central findings were summarized in the short report “ Basics of Mobility Planning”. The report and further information on the PaEGIE research project can be found here .
