Prof. Tomohito Asaka (Ph. D.) was a visiting researcher at the Department of Remote Sensing and Image Analysis at TU Darmstadt from March 2024 to March 2025. On March 13, 2025, he gave his final lecture on his research stay at TU Darmstadt.

Our contribution to 4th EuroSDR Workshop on Point Cloud Processing in Stuttgart
The 4th EuroSDR Workshop on Point Cloud Processing (PCP25) in Stuttgart brought together leading experts from industry, government, and academia. Our presentation on refining deep-learning-based semantic segmentation of outdoor point clouds was well-received, and we enjoyed exchanging ideas with our peers.

Timo Kullmann presented his newest research on Relative Pose Regression for Multi-Camera Setups at the 8th International ISPRS Workshop on Low-Cost 3D – Sensors, Algorithms, Applications. The conference conducted in conjunction with Optical 3D Metrology (O3DM) Workshop was a great platform for exchange with experts on field of 3D measurement techniques.
