Main research of the Department of Land Management

Land management is a strongly intersectional field of studies with an inherent connection to building law, land- and city-development, the real estate industry and many other disciplines. The spheres of activity accordingly comprise the ecological assessment of real estate, the planning, securing and rearranging of plots, their subdivision, the framework for spatial development as well as the mobilisation of surfaces, the financing of measures as well as the participation of citizens and stakeholders or the division of tasks between state and civil society.
