ISPRS TC I Mid-Term Symposium “Intelligent Sensing and Remote Sensing Application”tookmplace in Changsha, China. We were there
From 13 to 17 May 2024, the Symposium of the Technical Commission (TC) I of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) on ‘Intelligent Sensing and Remote Sensing Applications’ was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan Province, China.
More than 700 experts from 29 countries and regions gathered in Changsha to exchange advanced sensing technologies and experiences through 9 keynote lectures, 28 invited lectures and 105 oral reports from 14 technical sessions and 78 posters, providing new impetus to promote theoretical and technological innovation in the field of Earth observation information.
Our research group contributes to TC I by being part of the Robotics for Mapping and Machine Intelligence working group (WG) co-chaired by Prof Dorota Iwaszczuk. Qipeng Mei, PhD student in the Remote Sensing and Image Analysis Group, represented our research group on site at the TC I Mid-Term Symposium in Changsha.
