Artificial intelligence is currently experiencing a boom across all disciplines – including property valuation. However, it remains unclear in many respects where AI can be deployed in a targeted and sustainable manner in the future. This is where Lorenz Bell comes in: using a methodologically sound approach, he surveyed a wide range of experts and practitioners and analysed the results in his doctoral thesis. The dissertation will be published on TUprints in the coming weeks.
